Some classrooms at Windsor continue to partner with the ARL of Iowa in caring for some of their smaller animals.  The students learn responsibility, caring for others, and compassion.  The animals are able to used to being held and comfortable around humans making them easier to get adopted by a forever family.

Harriet and Marion, rats, female
