Hello! I’m excited to be joining the Windsor family!

I look forward to serving as a relational connection for positive collaboration between the community and the school. I’m passionate about ensuring all students and families have equitable access to successful outcomes. I believe everyone should experience inclusivity and belonging at school. My hope is to provide this by helping students and families gain access to basic needs, encourage student and family involvement in activities and events, and provide community members opportunities to partner with our school.

When I am not at school you will find me enjoying time with my daughter, friends and family! I enjoy being by the water, music, working out, movies, laughing and I’m a big animal lover.

2024-2025 This is my second year as School Counselor at Windsor Elementary, my fourth year as a school Counselor in Des Moines Public Schools. Prior to being a School Counselor I was a Behavioral Strategist for two years and a classroom Teacher for eight years. I am a wife, mother, dog lover, and Cyclone fan.
