Polk County Flu Vaccine Clinic

Polk County Health Department is hosting a Flu Vaccination Clinic at Hillis Elementary on Thursday, October 8 from 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM.  Polk County residents are welcome to come get their annual flu shots.  Bring your insurance card, medicaid card, and/or $20.  Hillis Elementary is located at 2401 56th St, Des Moines, IA 50310.
